How your short-term rental price is calculated
For all rentals of 1 to 3 days: base price per table + travel + one of the two service options.
1. Travel – added with either option
Within 20 km: €40.00 excl. VAT flat fee (€47.60 incl. VAT). From km 21, an additional €1.60 excl. VAT per km (€1.90 incl. VAT per km).
The two service options are not charged together. Travel is added in both cases. Supervision hours and exact travel costs are agreed in your quote. Long-term rental terms are agreed individually.

Here’s what you need to know about hiring a table.
What is Seatsoccer / Subsoccer?
Subsoccer is seated football: two players sit opposite each other at a table and use their feet to score in the opponent’s goal. Multiple tables can keep groups of up to 16 entertained. We offer these tables for hire under the Seatsoccer name.
Can I hire a table for just one day?
Yes. The price list includes one-, two- and three-day rentals, plus long-term hire from seven days. We’ll confirm availability and current terms in your quote.
Can you deliver and set up the table?
For short-term rentals of 1 to 3 days, choose collection and delivery including setup and dismantling for €100.00 excl. VAT (€119.00 incl. VAT), or an on-site supervisor for €22.00 excl. VAT per hour (€26.18 incl. VAT). With supervision, the collection and delivery fee does not apply. Travel is added with either option.
Can I hire several tables?
Just include the number you need in your enquiry. We’ll check availability and prepare a personalised quote.
Does an enquiry count as a booking?
No. Your enquiry is non-binding. We’ll agree the rental details, dates, price and transport with you before a booking is made.
